I just had to explore the retro style some more :) Here is an inspirational soundtrack. :iconnotesplz: The wonderful Ella Fitzgerald. “It is only a paper moon” [link] ( Righ click – open in a new window ;) )

In the early years of the Orion colony, commercial flights to the moons got off to a humble start. None of them never caught on. Cedalion was too dangerous and the resort on Lemnos was not considered as people friendly after a few accidents. Later, after the colonization of Venice and Demeter space travel became attractive again, but people preferred to stay on the comfortable Gateway station, built by the Venetians, rather than living in some outdated hotel on Lemnos. There is still mining activity on Cedalion due to its iron rich soil. Lemnos has a few research stations and shipyards. The old Cassandria hotel have been closed down for several years. The old Lander Rockets have since long been replaced with newer Orian Landers.

Character. Some of you may recognize “Manley”. He was close to get the part of Lexander in Extrasolars youth :) I thought he deserved a little cameo. M4, base and ++ morph.

I would like to see this in context. Like on a sci-fi wall of a departure hangar where people are strolling by in elegant trench coats, hats & 50:s dresses, with their suitcases packed. Wonderful composition for a poster.
